Atmospheric

Our sea view apartment has been carefully designed to create a sense of calm and coziness. With windows that let in light and views, the space feels bright and inviting.

Lounge corner

The lounge corner is a perfect place to relax, with comfortable furniture and an open interior. The lounge corner has a sofa, armchair and coffee table. There is a Smart TV and Internet TV is available.

Do you prefer your own TV Apps? No problem, via the fast WiFi 6G with fiber optic connection it is possible to cast your own TV apps directly to the TV.

Kitchen

Our apartment is fully equipped. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals, as well as modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, double door fridge-freezer and washing machine

Bedroom

The bedroom is spacious and well furnished, with 2 comfortable single beds with double mattresses for a good night's sleep.

Bathroom

The bright, natural-light bathroom features a spacious shower, sink, towel rack, and toilet. There's also ample storage space in the vanity unit.

Balcony

The small and cozy balcony is sheltered from the wind and offers a partial view of the pool. It is furnished with bistro furniture. Around 10:30 a.m., the sun shines on the balcony until sunset, allowing you to enjoy the pleasant temperatures for a long time. If it gets too hot, you can cool off in the communal pool.

About the Océano Residence

The small Océano Residence is located 2 km on foot from the pleasant seaside resort of Caleta de Fuste, on the Costa de Antigua. Thanks to the bus stop situated just 50 m away, you can reach El Castillo de Caleta de Fuste, the airport, and the capital, Rosario, every fifteen minutes.

The location of the residence offers breathtaking views of the lava fields, the coastline, the village outskirts, and the ocean.

In the sheltered courtyard, there is a communal swimming pool with showers, benches, and sun loungers, where you can enjoy the sun. The palm trees in the adjacent shared gardens provide a true holiday feeling.

There is a bike rack available on the premises where you can park your bike free of charge.

The communal areas are under video surveillance, and the main entrance opens with an key or card.

The Costa de Antigua Caleta de Fuste neighborhood is only 7 km from the airport and 2 km from the large seaside resort of El Castillo/Caleta de Fuste. Via the footpath and cycle path (Paseo) along the coast, you can walk to Caleta de Fuste both during the day and in the evening (lighting available).
