Océano Residence is a charming, small-scale complex (just two buildings) perfectly located in Costa de Antigua, only a short 2 km walk from the lively resort town of Caleta de Fuste.
With a bus stop just 50 meters away, you can easily catch a ride every 15 minutes to El Castillo Caleta de Fuste, the airport, or the island’s capital, Puerto del Rosario. Thanks to its unique position, the residence boasts breathtaking views of the lava fields, coastline, village edge, and the endless ocean.
Surrounded by palm trees in the nearby gardens, you’ll instantly get that true holiday vibe. On-site, you’ll also find a small bicycle parking area, free for guests to use. For extra peace of mind, the communal areas are monitored by security cameras, and the main entrance is conveniently accessed with an electronic key card.

In the cozy, sheltered courtyard you’ll find the communal swimming pool, complete with showers, benches, and sun loungers. It’s the perfect spot to soak up the sun while staying protected from the wind.
SUN LOUNGERS
Tucked away in the sheltered courtyard, the pool and sun terrace are almost completely wind-free — the ideal spot to unwind. Take a refreshing dip or stretch out on a lounger and soak up the sunshine. With the mild climate, you can swim and sunbathe here all year round.
SHOWERS

Whether you’ve just had a swim or spent the afternoon sunbathing, the poolside showers are perfect for a quick refresh. Rinse off, cool down, and get ready to enjoy the rest of your day.
POOL ACCESS
Easy entry into the pool.
Besides the usual ladder steps, the pool also has a convenient staircase, making it super easy to get in and out of the water.
PALM GARDEN
A well-maintained palm garden where you can cool off on hot days.
It also gives you that extra holiday feeling.
BICYCLE STORAGE
Bicycles can be stored on the residence grounds (at your own risk).
If you plan to cycle, you can store your rental bike in the bike racks on the property, at your own risk.
VIEW ON THE SECOND FLOOR
Almost all apartments on the first and second floors have unobstructed views of the coast/ocean and the village edge from their bedrooms. Simply superb.
2ND FLOOR VIEW OF THE GARDENS
The second floor of both buildings offers a partial view of the palm garden.
PARKING
If you rent a car, you can park it next to the residence in the parking bay on the public road.
