ABOUT BOUGANVILLE RESIDENCE

The Bouganville Residence complex is built around a large swimming pool and offers not only apartments but also a number of terraced bungalows. The grounds have well-kept paths and neatly landscaped gardens, with the occasional seating spot tucked between the plants. Next to the communal pool, there’s a covered area with a pool table.

In the lobby at the main entrance, you’ll find a small library with books available for both guests and residents. Around the pool, there’s a sun terrace/solarium with free sunbeds, plus a covered table tennis area. For those who prefer some shade, there’s also a cozy corner under the roof where you can relax out of the sun.

The Bouganville Residence complex is just 250 meters from bus stop 2. From there, a bus runs every half hour, taking you either to El Castillo/Salinas Caleta de Fuste or to Pol. Ind. Zec (with large supermarkets, Ikea, etc.), the airport, and Puerto del Rosario.

Communal, well-maintained gardens. Several planters are available for seating. The walkways are well-maintained and well-lit.

😎  SUN TERRACE WITH SUN BEDS

Sun beds available on the sun terrace (free of charge). You can use the free sun beds. These are located and will remain by the pool.

👥 SHADED SPOTS BY THE POOL

Shaded spots for when you need a break from the sun. If it's too hot, you can seek shelter under the sun canopy.

👶🏻 TODDLER POOL

There's a small, shallow pool for the little ones. They can splash around there under supervision.

🪜 1ST AND 2ND FLOOR APARTMENTS

There are no elevators in the residence. All upper-floor apartments are accessible via spiral staircases.

📚  MINI LIBRARY

A small library is located in the arrivals hall. The hall and the residence grounds are also under video surveillance.
