The sofa bed with footstool not only offers a place to relax, but also extra sleeping places for guests. The cozy lounge area connects seamlessly via sliding doors to your own balcony. Here you can enjoy the refreshing breeze and the view of the ocean and surroundings every day

The coffee table and side table are handy for placing drinks and snacks, while the TV cabinet with Smart TV ensures that you can enjoy your favorite shows via NLZiet. With the fast fiber optic connection and WiFi throughout the apartment, it is easy to stay online and stream. So this is an ideal place to relax and enjoy your free time!

With the balcony facing south, you are assured of plenty of sunlight throughout the day. What could be better than immersing yourself in the warm sun, with a nice drink in your hand? 😊 Take a seat at the dining table on the balcony and let yourself be pampered by a beautiful view of the ocean. The compact but fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own meals. The ceramic hob has three burners. The double-door refrigerator allows you to keep your groceries fresh. The oven and microwave are freestanding, giving you more workspace when you want to prepare a delicious meal.
Bedroom
The spacious bedroom is your personal refuge, where you can relax wonderfully. Due to its location on the north side, it also stays nice and cool in the bedroom on warm days. There is a fan available in the bedroom and there is enough space to store suitcases.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower cubicle, a sink with a towel cabinet, and a toilet. There is also a washing machine for extra convenience. You can also store personal items in the towel cabinet

About Bouganville Residence
Bouganville is a relaxed complex built around a big swimming pool, with a mix of apartments and terraced bungalows. The gardens are nicely kept, with little walking paths and cozy spots to sit in the shade of the plants. Right next to the pool, there’s a covered area with a pool table for a bit of fun.
In the central hall, you'll find a small library, the books are available for guests and residents.
The pool area has a sun terrace with free loungers where you can chill and soak up the sun. If you’d rather stay cool, there’s also a shaded corner under a roof where you can escape the heat. Oh, and there’s a covered ping-pong table too!
