Cozy all-season apartment for 2 people in the center of Fuerteventura near Caleta de Fuste, and just 1 km from the beach and shops and public transport around the corner.

The apartment is located on the second floor and consists of a living room with an open kitchen, 1 double bedroom with 2 singlebeds (80/200), bathroom with shower, toilet and small cozy balcony.

The living room has a sofa, coffee table and an armchair. A Smart TV with global channels is available. Would you rather have your own TV Apps? No problem, it is possible to cast directly on the TV via the fast WiFi 6G with fiber optic connection

The sheltered balcony has a partial view of the swimming pool and is equipped with a bistro furniture. Around 10:30 am the sun is on the balcony until sunset. The lounge area has a beautiful Ocean and Lava fields view.
In short, a great place for a peaceful stay in the heart of sunny Fuerteventura.

Ocean Breeze renovation

Extensive renovation and conversion work is currently underway in our apartment.

The following bullet points will be upgraded:

  • Kitchen equipment and tiling.
  • Floors tiling.
  • Beds from double bed to 2 single beds.
  • Entrance door to apartment.

Completion of the work is scheduled for the last week of June 2024.

Apartment Ocean Breeze has a unique ocean view that you can enjoy from the sitting area. The apartment is located on the 2nd top floor.

Its an ideal apartment for couples and people who want to spend their holidays in a quiet environment. It is suitable for 3 persons and has 1 bedroom (double bed) sitting area with sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV.
Extra hocker bed and a small open kitchen where you can put together full meals.

The bathroom has a sinkcabinet, washing machine, toilet and shower.

Adjacent to the bedroom is a nice little balcony where you can have breakfast and enjoy the sun.

With 300 MB Fiber internet and 6G Wifi makes it perfect for linking multiple devices.

Over Océano

The small-scale Océano complex is within walking distance (2 km) of the pleasant seaside resort of Caleta de Fuste in the Costa de Antigua district. With the bus stop right around the corner (50m.) you can go to El Castillo CaletadeFuste, the airport and the capital Pto every fifteen minutes. del Rosario.

Due to the location of the complex there is a fantastic view over the lava fields, coast, village edge and the ocean.

Costa de Antigua is only 7 km from the airport and 2 km from the large resort of Caleta de Fuste. You can walk to Caleta de Fuste both during the day and in the evening via the foot and bicycle path along the coast (lighting available). 

The advantage of Costa de Antigua is that it is close to the large supermarkets such as Lidl and Mercadona (1 km). 

Costa de Antigua itself also has a few small supermarkets, restaurants and cafes and a Pin Machine. Since it is only 2 km to Caleta de Fuste, you have all the facilities of the large resort within easy reach without being in the middle of it yourself.
